Belchor Sebastiao
Besides being a full-time geotechnical Engineer, Belchor Sebastiao is one of the co-founders of TheStart Inc. working alongside the executive team of this startup. Belchor graduated from the number one school in innovation & technology in the USA (Arizona State) in 2020. At TheStart Belchor specializes in academic affairs and engineering curriculum for helping clients accomplish their professional and educational goals and use his positive energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Belchor is inspired daily by nature and people. In his free time, Belchor likes to play video games

Tola Paulo
Tola is one of the co-founders of TheStart Inc. working as one of the executive team of this startup. Additionally, he is currently working as Geographic Information Science Specialist at BHP. He holds a GIS degree from Arizona State University, the number one innovation & technology school in the USA. He spent a couple of years doing internships and working full-time with different city departments as a GIS expert. He researched water demand and awareness options which were classified as the 2nd best project among others at ASU’s Decision Center for a Desert City. Tola is very dedicated and passionate in everything he does and he believes quality is better than quantity. Tola enjoys traveling, cooking, and playing video games.
